MATERIALS + VARIATIONS

• Everything we make starts with waste byproducts from Bangladesh's garment industry. This means our fabrics, trims and hardware come in very limited quantities.

• Colors, washes, textures and details may vary slightly from the photos depending on what materials are available.

• You may also find marks, stamps, writing, discoloration or other irregularities on the fabric. These materials were originally rejected or discarded, and we choose to keep many of these markings as part of the piece. They're not defects to us, they're part of the charm.

• Because of this, no two pieces are guaranteed to look exactly the same.

CUSTOM ORDERS + ALTERATIONS

• Please double-check all measurements before confirming a custom order.

• Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned, including for sizing issues.

• We do, however, offer one alteration for custom orders if adjustments are needed.

• Alterations must be done in person at the DENIM SHENIM studio. Please DM us beforehand to arrange your visit.

STOCK + RESTOCKS

• We work with limited waste materials, so most pieces are produced in small quantities. Once a particular fabric, wash or trim is gone, we may not be able to reproduce the exact same piece again.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

• We do not accept online exchanges or returns.

• Please check your item properly while the delivery person is still there. If there is an issue with the item, it must be returned with the delivery person at the time of delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, we cannot exchange or return the item.

CANCELLATIONS

• Once an order has been confirmed, we do not accept cancellations. Please make sure you're happy with your order, size and details before confirming.

DELIVERY

• All orders are shipped within 5–7 days of confirmation.

• We deliver all over Bangladesh.

• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT

• Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

• International shipping is available; DM us your location for a quotation.
